Golden Wheel Amusements has been providing Alaskans affordable,
safe, family fun since 1967 when Claire Morton came to Alaska with
her family to pick up an Octopus ride. Forty-seven years later we
are still proud to be a business of integrity.
In 1996 we began our commitment to maintain a drug-free business and randomly test over 300 employees throughout the year. We communicate with employees, guests and associates honestly and treat others as we would like to be treated.
Each ride passes a safety and Maintenance inspection every day. We hold a special insurance rating and classification, based on our outstanding record.
Joe Leavitt, President of Golden Wheel Amusements, has safety as his top priority. He has worked his way up the ladder of success and now has 30 years experience in the carnival business.
Joe and Jacqueline look forward to bringing high quality family fun to the state of Alaska for years to come and hope to see you at the carnival.
Golden Wheel Amusements is available for community events, fairs and festivals within Alaska throughout the year. We have a special "fun and safety" program for elementary school age children and continue to find ways to maintain a high quality standard of entertainment, working within our communities for clean, safe, family fun. We are proud of our community and have found opportunities to assist with local little leagues and organizations such as 4-H, Disabled Alaskan's, Children's Miracle Network, Alaskan Food Give Kids the World, Anchorage Parks and Recreation, as well as our commitment to Alaska's fairs and festivals.
